I made a withdrawl request almost 4 days ago and the request is still pending now. I also took wat to Long to verify my account af b bets casino. I have made a withdrawl request before that witch i cancelled myself because my account was not verified at the time of making the withdrawl request. So now that my account is finally verified and i made the withdrawl request again my request is still pending now After almost 4 days. I already made contact with b bets trough email and also trough live chat almost daily and i am getting worried now because they keep saying the finance deparment is going to take care of it but the keep blaming the finance deparment wihout a good reason.

We have checked your account and seeing that your account is now verified, and everything is in order, we can confirm that your payment request of €530 was approved from our end on 13th of August 2020 and our bank confirmed the payment release on the same day.
