Payment takes too long without reason
First of all, I never knew that in 2022 I would be forced to do this. This is the first time, and I sure hope it will be last.
I made a deposit to B-Bets on 14th of July. I didn't use any bonuses, only raw money. I won around 1780€ and I immediately requested a withdrawal.
After waiting a week, I contacted B-Bets via chat. They told me, that I needed to send an up-to-date copy of my ID. In this case, I sent a copy of my passport. It took a couple of days for them to approve, and confirm my ID. They NEVER sent an e-mail to me about updating my ID. I had to find out this myself. If casino needs proof, as service provider, they're supposed to contact customers IF they need something from them.
If I hadn't contacted them, to this day they still might not have contacted me.
After that, they still didn't approve my withdrawal so I had to contact them again. They told me, that they needed a copy of my Skrill account. I hadn't used Skrill on B-Bets so it left me wondering why on earth I would have to provide this information. They told me, that I had been playing in their sister casino. I really can't confirm doing this. Also, playing on another casino with another deposit method, makes just as much sense as sending them a picture of my dog - it has nothing to with my account in B-Bets.
Nevertheless, I sent them a screenshot proving that it is indeed my account.
But now, it has been almost 2 weeks, almost 3 weeks since my original request to withdraw, nothing has happened. Everything has stopped.
It took them ~2days to confirm my ID, but my Skrill account has taken almost 2 weeks. Look it the way you like, it really doesn't take that much time to confirm a persons single account, even if their e-mail was choking on copies of Skrill account pictures.
I have contacted them few times on their chat but with no luck. The answer is always exactly the same. They keep asking me to be patient. I've read from AskGamblers' complaint site, that it is this exactly same method that they use for everyone who requests a withdrawal.
I am done being patient. It has been nearly 3 weeks, and there are no excuses left to explain this. It only feels like they are doing all they can that they wouldn't have to pay the money. And I've read from various places, that it is many of their customers feel.
There is absolutely no reason to keep this going this long. I've done everything they've asked me to do. And I am really starting to feel like I am the one who is getting screwed.
If I'm not getting forward with this, my next stop will be MGM, sending them a reclamation of B-Bets' way to work with customers.
