Payment delay since 1 December


So I requested a withdrawal on 01-12-2020 11:17:48. First they replied me after 2 hours with this on email: "I hope you enjoyed your game at our casino. According to our bonusterms I have to inform you that winnings with freespins received without making a deposit, are limited to a maximum of ?25, (if there is a remaining balance; this will be waived) and can only be claimed by players who deposited within 2 months before the payout request. If you haven't made a deposit in our casino yet, according to our bonusterms, you have a 30 days period to make one, or these bonus winnings be waived. Would you please inform us per e-mail as soon as you made a deposit so we can proceed with your cashout request.?"

So I immediately followed their advice after this with depositing 2 hours later. I had to do this because of verifying my account. Then they said my credit card deposit won't be enough for that, so I had to provide them my documents also. I did it then. Every step, what they finally accepted and they said, my account is verified now and my money is on the way to my bank account. The verification process has been completed on 16th December.

Since this I have contacted multiples times with the chat Support, they always said something to me like just "be patient, we are working on it". I don't have to say now that the money I requested for the withdrawal still hasn't arrived to me. It's 12th January now!!!!! Just look at what I wrote above. Initial withdrawal request on 1th Dec, account verification 16th Dec, now today is 12th Jan and still nothing...

Help me please!!!! The amount of this is 91.74 euros.
