Not paying out for 1 month already


I created an account and made a Mifinity deposit on September 14. I have been waiting for payment since September 15.

I sent the standard documents for the first verification. Lasted several days. When it turned out that everything was OK, they asked me to verify Ecopayz and a credit card, an old one that had not been used for a long time. I haven't used any of these methods in this casino, but apparently I used to with their partners. (I haven't used ecopayz for about 2 years). Eventually, I found such documents and the account was verified.

After verification, almost 2 weeks of pay checks began with the pay status "Pending". Finally, 10 days ago the status changed to "Approved". There has been no money since then. I wanted information about the transfer, but they didn't want to give it to me.

I sent him my Bank account history. I believe the money was never sent by them.

The time for possible unintentional delays is over.

Today, casinos pay me money within minutes. B-Bets can't in a month!!

We sincerely apologize for the delay in responding to this complaint, especially since the matter was resolved shortly after it was initially marked as unresolved.

We can confirm that the amount of €1702 was successfully paid to the player on October 30th, 2023. The delay in transfer happened due to an issue with the third-party payment provider.
