Money 'lost' on the way

I did a deposit worth of 25€ 11.05.2023. Used bonus but played without breaking any rules. I wagered bonus successfully and did a withdrawal request worth of 1070€. KYC documents were approved on the 15th. Withdrawal request was accepted 18th. It's 1st of June now and still haven't received my money. Casino claims that the money has been send to me. They asked for a proof that I haven't received the money. So I delivered a Bank statement as they requested. Still the problem has not solved. I believe that they have no interest of paying me those money.

Update: today I finally resived my money! It took almost a month, mut this case can be closed now!

Update to my case. Itse 7th of June now. Still nothing. Live chat and e-mail support are giving me exactly the same answers as they have been giving for a month now. To be patient and that the relevant team is trying to figure this out and that they're prioritizing my case. Well it doesn't look like that to me. It has been almost a month now. B-bets would you kindly respond to this complaint.
