Document verification problems
In this Casino, document verification takes time and withdrawals are not processed on time. The documents were supposed to take 48 hours to process but now more than 85 hours have passed and my documents have still not been processed. customer service is also rude and they operate with a "chat fast over" attitude. The answers from the customer service is always similar "we process the documents as soon as possible". also often they say that my documents have been directed for processing or that they are currently being processed but still the verification of the documents is not complete. I don't get any more information about my withdrawal.
Customer service also has a short service time in chat which is a bad thing.
