Delaying payment 800 Euro


Hello. My documentation was approved August 3. And i did withdrawal on the same day after the withdrawal is accepted. It should have been taking max 5 working days ( 17 Aug ) Today i have still not recived anything. I talked with b-bets and they told me they have to investigate. so i asked again and they told me to send a new bank statement after already sending them one plus every other thing that they asked me for before getting a confirmation about my documents being successful. I would not submit a complaint if it was the only problem , the thing is it took me 3-4 weeks to verify. Everytime i got in contact with them they keep comming up with new stuff to delay the payment , this time they need to investigate and dont know how long it will take.

Having checked everything we can confirm that the payout in the amount of 800,00€ has been processed from our side.

We can't see that payout has been bounced back to our bank account and if needed we can provide proof of payment.
