Delaying account verification and €1,000 withdrawal

Hello,

I signed up at B-bet and used the first deposit bonus with 100 €. After i Was done wagering i requested my cashout.

Since then i have been trying to verify my b-bets account for 10 days so that my € 1000 withdraw is processed and paid out. After I applied for the payment on July 20th, 2020 i recieved almost immediatly an email that i nee to.uploaf my documents. I uploaded all of the required documents within minutes.
I uploaded my Bank Statement, my ID card, a proof of Adress and my Banking Card singed on its back.

Since then my withdraw is pending without any reactions from the Casino. The Live Chat is not able to help at all and only ask for my patience.

I hope this will help me to get my money.

I attached the Email i recieved on 28th of July. you didn't ask for any documents.

But w/e im looking forward to see the money in my Bancaccount soon. Could you send me a Email for the withdraw? I did not recieve a confirmation that the withdraw was approved.

as you have been informed accordingly, your account was KYC verified on 3 August 2020. As per our records, our team did reach out to you on 28 July 2020 since there were documents missing to complete the verification.

There was as well undergoing process of investigation on your IP usage since our system was giving a lot of hits with other possible accounts connections and in these instances we normally are pending to obtain some documents from other account holders so the speed of the process falls out of our own hands. Hope you can understand this as well.
