I write because every month I have problems with this casino when requesting my withdrawals.
But this time they already exceeded all limits.
I was approved for a withdrawal via bank transfer on January 2, 2023, for 5000 euros, more than 60 days have passed and that payment has not yet reached me. On February 10, 2023, they approved another withdrawal for 4000 euros via a much better (I changed the withdrawal method thinking it would be better) and it has been more than 20 days and they still have not done it.
I write to the chat every day and the answer is the same, I have to wait.

Should the operator fail to provide such an update within the specified timeframes, the case shall be considered unresolved and will be closed accordingly. As a direct consequence of such closure, the operator's ranking score on AskGamblers will be decreased accordingly.
Thank you for bringing to our attention the player's complaint regarding their payout.
Upon conducting our routine checks, we discovered a significant breach of our terms and conditions by the player in question. We found that the player has breached our terms and conditions by opening multiple accounts using the same or similar names, addresses, telephones, email addresses, and dynamic IP addresses with the intent of defrauding or cheating. Our policy clearly states that we reserve the right to close all relevant accounts, cancel all transactions and bets, waive winnings, and deduct bonuses in the event that we suspect such activity.
As a result, we have taken the necessary action of closing the player's account and have consequently decided to waive the associated payouts. Regrettably, due to an oversight on our part, we failed to detect this breach in a timely manner. Unfortunately, we had already disbursed a total of 120,000€ to the player before noticing an active breach on the player's side.
We wish to emphasize that the partial disbursement in question should not be misconstrued as a waiver of any of our rights, particularly the right to cancel any winnings, bonuses, and other entitlements. In light of this circumstance, we are considering lodging a legal action for reimbursement based on the base of illegal enrichment.
Furthermore, we would like to enhance that our terms and conditions are strict and are in place to ensure a fair and safe gaming environment for all our players. We take such breaches seriously and will not hesitate to take appropriate action to maintain the integrity of our platform.
