Good morning
Casino B-bets have not paid me money for a month.
The payment I ordered 13.05.2019.
They keep answering me, they report it to the finance department and the money is still not on my account.\I wrote to them many times but they do not take me seriously
I am asking for help and intervention in my case.

Dear Player,
Your payout request from 12th of May has been approved on the 13th ( the next day). Since you have made your winnings with a no deposit bonus as per our terms the payout was limited to 25 euro and a deposit was requested to be done as there were no deposits in your account from the last 3 months.
After you have made a deposit an informed us of this, the payout was wired to you. Shortly after this, you have contacted us saying that you have not received this transfer. We have performed all necessary checks and found that there were wrong details entered for this transfer and this was the reason why it was returned back to us. Based on this you have been requested to confirm the correct banking details. As we now have the needed confirmation your payout is scheduled to be wired again today. You should expect to receive this shortly.
