Delayed payment of €700 takes over a week
Goodafternoon,
I have made a withdrawl of 700 euro and it hase been 6 days now that my account was validated.
Customer service is unable to help. They keep telling me that my withdrawl is in the next processing batch.
The thing is they also.informed me that they confirm a processing batch everyday so it makes no sense.
After reading all the complains about this casino i feel like they have no intention to pay my winnings.
I hope the Askgamblers team can assist me in this case. Im felling hopeless at this point.
I also have a feeling that the next problem will be that B-Bets will put in wrong payment info and say that it was a "human mistake" i see thst they do that alot.
Please help me with this case.
