Hello,
I made account on b-bets on 20.5.22 and when I played I won 4083 €. I made withdrawal on 1.6.22 and I got email saying my account was verified (8.6.22). After posting documents that were asked.
After that everytime I have asked when will my withdrawal be paid, I have only received answer that it is for reasons out of their control..
Please help me solve this issue, thank you.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that b-Bets Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

Our relevant department as per AskGabamblers team request provided more details regarding this complaint where we have proven that there indeed was a breach of our following terms and conditions:
- In the event that We suspect that a Player is acting as a part of the Player’s collusion
undertaken with the intent of defrauding and cheating, meaning by using the same
or similar names, address, telephones, email addresses, same or similar dynamic IP
addresses, computer or other devices and acting on same or similar pattern, We
reserve the right to block the relevant Account(s). Following the internal
investigation, We reserve the right to close an Account or Accounts at any time and
to cancel all the transactions, bets, waive winnings and deduct bonuses from all
relevant Accounts.
- Where We close the Player’s Account and terminate the Agreement pursuant to
Multiple-accounting, Collusion, Cheating, Fraud and Criminal Activity or Breach of
this Agreement the balance of the Player’s Account, Player’s approved but not yet
paid withdrawals and/or jackpot winnings will be non-refundable and deemed to be
forfeited to the extent of any claim that the Company may have against the Player at
the date of such closure.
- B-Bets has a zero tolerance policy towards inappropriate play, bonus abuse,
player’s collusion and fraudulent activity. If, in Our sole determination, the Player is
found to have cheated or attempted to defraud Us or any other User of any of the
Games in any way including, but not limited to, game manipulation or payment fraud,
or if We suspect the Player of fraudulent payment, including use of stolen credit
cards, or any other fraudulent activity (including any chargeback or other reversal of
a payment) or prohibited transaction (including money laundering), We reserve the
right to suspend and/or close the User Account and to share this information
(together with the Player’s identity) to other online gaming websites, banks, credit
card companies, and appropriate agencies.
We would also like to state that closing and declining payouts is not something we like to do but we have a zero-tolerance policy for breaching our terms and conditions and to ensure a fair experience for all our players we need to act according to them.

This complaint has been reopened as per b-Bets Casino request and the AskGamblers Complaint Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reach a satisfactory resolution.
Based on the things stated before I can state that I played from my own house and my own IP address and nobody else could have played from my computer.
It is absolutely true. All of the accusations from casino - are completely groundless and don`t have any basis!
I was never involved into any sort of agreement with anyone and just played on this casino using my own money!
They said that I am involved into some sort of fraudulent activities with cards!
I can assure and send proofs that the money belongs to me and I didn`t steal it!
