Delayed payment of 3500 euros

Hello,

I have done a withdrawl of 3500 euros on 25-8
And I have sent all my documents on 21-8 but I still have not heard if it is okay my documents. They ignore me on the email.

I have asked everyday whats the status on live chat but all they say that finance department is doing their best and updates will come soon. Well, no updates
The live chat has the same excuses every time. I've sent screenshots and this is what they say every time...

they are also late with my withdrawal because it takes longer than 48 hours. I also have proof of that.

I also have a feeling that the next problem will be that B-Bets will put in wrong payment info and say that it was a "human mistake" the money bounce back i see that they do that alot.

I wonder if I will get my money please askgamblers help me solve this problem.
I want to have my 3500 euros.
