Delayed Payment For Weeks
I am submitting my complaint regarding my recent withdrawal (18 May 2019)
Please note the following list of events that have transpired through
this arduous process:
May 18, 2019 - entered details and submitted withdrawal request.
May 20, 2019 - withdraw was "approved" - the term "approved" may appear misleading and apparently does not mean it will be deposited into your bank account as their original comments may suggest.
May 21-May 26, 2019 - Numerous conversations via chat acknowledging that my withdraw request has been "approved" and I will receive the funds in approximately 1-5 days upon the "approval" date.
May 27, 2019 - discussion with chat representative that acknowledged there may be an issue with the payment, bank statement provided with dates from May 20-27, 2019 showing no payment from B-bets.
May 28, 2019 - discussion with chat representative, representative asked for bank statement a second time for a reason I am unaware.
May 29, 2019 - response from B-Bets acknowledging that the bank statement has been submitted to the "third party" payment provider.
May 30, 2019 - no response
May 31, 2019 - no response
June 1, 2019 - no response
June 2, 2019 - chatted in; they had no information and simply mentioned that a investigation is going on by the financial department.
As this has now been over 2 weeks with no reason as to why my withdrawal has been delayed, I am very disappointed. Further, The investigation with the financial department has been ongoing for an entire week with no information.
