Multiple payments approved, but not received

Please help me. I am owed quite a bit of money from SlotsOfVegas casino starting from approximately October 2016. I'm not quite sure why I have not yet received these payments as they have mostly been approved quite some time ago. In particular, here are the withdrawals, along with approval dates. All withdrawals were requested via check. Can you please help me collect on these, as they add to quite a bit of money ($14,812). Thank you.
