Withdrawal issue banned account

Hello, I have an issue with Acebet (acebet.co) sportsbook. I have had my account there for couple of months now and I had verified the profile according to the KYC policies (including selfies, ID card, and everything the bookie asked). One day when I decided to login and bet on some games, I had a strange pop up informing me that my account has been banned for some reason, which they did not want to be disclosed (as they say for security reasons). I asked them multiple times on chat what is the issue, how can we resolve it, but they did not want to listen and now I lost access to my account with over 1500 dollars on it... What steps can I take to resolve this issue?

Redemption processing for 14 days

After claiming the daily bonus i won $500 playing various slots and originals. I submitted for redemption on 9/10/2026, was told it would be 1-3 business days. Then was told it would be 10 business days due to a security/compliance check needed to be done on my redemption. On 9/17/2026 they canceled my redemption stating the redemption expired and to resubmit it. So i resubmit the redemption on 9/17 and am told there same thing, that it will take 10 business days due to this security/compliance check. Its obvious they have no intention to process my redemption. If this so called "security/compliance" check takes 10 business days to complete but their system automatically expires redemptions then cancels them after just 7 days, it's going to be in an endless loop. I've attached the support messages and redemptions on my account showing all this. My account is completely verified.

Balance of around 20 000 USD withheld after account ban

My account was permanently banned for a "TOS breach" right after I requested a withdrawal of my balance of around $20,000. No specific term was ever identified.

Live chat told me the decision was final and not open to appeal. When I asked what I had actually done, I got no answer and was then blocked from sending further messages. I have had no reply to any email or live chat since.

I accept that Acebet can close my account. What I dispute is them keeping the money. Their own terms say that when they close an account at their own discretion, without giving a reason, they refund the available balance.

I am asking Acebet to pay out my balance. If they refuse, I would like them to state which term I breached and what I actually did.

I can provide screenshots of the ban notice and the live chat, the email I sent to support, and all deposit and withdrawal confirmations.

Account banned and 1859 euros withheld unable to contact support

Hello, I have an issue with Acebet (acebet.co) sportsbook. I have had my account there for couple of weeks now and I had verified my profile according to the KYC policies (including selfies, ID card, and everything the bookie asked), as well as POA. I submitted a withdrawal of 1570€ after everything was verified. One day when I decided to login and bet on some games, I had a strange pop up informing me that my account has been banned for some reason "TOS Breach", which they did not want to be disclosed (as they say for security reasons) without any proof or whatever. I asked them multiple times on livechat what is the issue, how can we resolve it, but they did not want to listen and now I lost access to my account with over 1859€ on it... What steps can I take to resolve this issue? Id like to get the entirety of my funds back from this injustice. Thank you in advance

Blocked my account and took my winnings for no reason

I deposited 400USD before 2 weeks. I won approximately 1300USD. I decided to withdraw 900USD. After waiting 2 days for my withdrawal I get a message saying my account is banned because of TOS (terms conditions). I have no idea why. I went online and I saw others with the same exact issue when they withdraw. Once a customer tries to withdraw winnnings, Acebet is suspending their account. Its obviously a scam. I would like my funds back immediately and this site should be investigated. They are obviously scammers.

Account banned and 426 USD withheld unable to contact support

My account was permanently banned for “TOS violation” without any clear explanation.

However, the main issue is that the casino is currently withholding my remaining balance of 426 USD and refusing to process my withdrawal.

I attempted to resolve the issue through multiple channels:

Live chat: my messages were ignored and I was eventually blocked from sending further messages

Email support: I was redirected back to live chat, which I can no longer access

As a result, I am unable to communicate with the operator while they continue to hold my funds.

Unfair and unreasonable freezing of accounts

I have been playing with them for a few days, and now I have $968 in my account. Now they have frozen my account without any explanation, and the customer service did not bother to deal with me, I think their behavior is illegal and theft, I just want to get back the amount on my account, please help me deal with it.
