My account was permanently banned for “TOS violation” without any clear explanation.
However, the main issue is that the casino is currently withholding my remaining balance of 426 USD and refusing to process my withdrawal.
I attempted to resolve the issue through multiple channels:
Live chat: my messages were ignored and I was eventually blocked from sending further messages
Email support: I was redirected back to live chat, which I can no longer access
As a result, I am unable to communicate with the operator while they continue to hold my funds.
I am requesting the immediate withdrawal of my remaining balance of 426 USD.
I can provide all necessary evidence, including screenshots of my account status and communication attempts.
