Account failed to be closed when I was told it was on the 12th may 2015 I have a problem with gambling and they told me my account would be shut it was I was then allowed to deposit 130 pounds into this account that should of been shut William hill casino club failed me by not shutting it but telling me they had please be aware people they are not helpful have not answered any of my emails of complain I have emails from the stating account was shut in May and emails to confirm I have been able to use it and deposit to it sine that date
