I registered and made a deposit of 258.58 euro on 05/07/2017 with Bitcoin. Won 2000 euros and did not receive any bonuses. When requested the withdrawal, my account was closed and I can not enter. My emails are not responded and I do not understand what's the matter.
Sent them the documents and my account was verified:

As mentioned in the previous reply, we detected fraudulent activity on the account, therefore we will not be able to re-open it.
However, please note that your winnings (total amount of 2000 euros) were sent to you via Skrill and should reflect in your account in no more than 48 hours. If the funds do not appear in your account after the aforementioned time frame, please contact our Security Department (security @ 21dukes.com [typed together]) at your earliest convenience.
