they don't pay

I have followed up and have ticket LTK12167051971786X. I chatted and called. The chat told me the accounting was delayed and reassured me I would be paid. I never received contact nor did my bank. I deposited $25 and won $65. I am very disturbed by this as they have my sensitive information and now I see the web site and phone number provided no longer work. This seems like fraud. Is it possible to recover these funds? I have screen shots for proof of my chat history.

I have been trying to receive a payout from 99 Slot Machine Casino for 10 months. All the paper work was submitted and approved. on october 22 2016 I used a 400%bonus + $25 deposit and won $2000, which I submitted or withdrawal by wire. I sent in all required documents, auhorizatins and credit/debit card pictures and waited for processing to be completed. by december the request was still under submission and I began contacting Chat people to find out when wire would be sent. they could only conirm what I saw in the withdrawal page of my history and said they would message Accounting to find out. They never get response from Finance people though I log in daily all through Jan/Feb./March to get any update.
