Payout declined

I have followed up and have ticket LTK12167051971786X. I chatted and called. The chat told me the accounting was delayed and reassured me I would be paid. I never received contact nor did my bank. I deposited $25 and won $65. I am very disturbed by this as they have my sensitive information and now I see the web site and phone number provided no longer work. This seems like fraud. Is it possible to recover these funds? I have screen shots for proof of my chat history.

I have been trying to receive a payout from 99 Slot Machine Casino for 10 months. All the paper work was submitted and approved. They owe me around $14,000.00 and are saying they will not give me my money until I prove that I will return and be a regular player. on october 22 2016 I used a 400%bonus + $25 deposit and won $2000, which I submitted or withdrawal by wire. I sent in all required documents, auhorizatins and credit/debit card pictures and waited for processing to be completed. by december the request was still under submission and I began contacting Chat people to find out when wire would be sent. they could only conirm what I saw in the withdrawal page of my history and said they would message Accounting to find out. They never get response from Finance people though I log in daily all through Jan/Feb./March to get any update. When I e-mail [email protected] I get a response from [email protected] saying some one will contact me within one business day.No response arrives even after 4 business days. When I respond to [email protected] the mail is returned as undeliverable.

My $2,000 withdrawal was approved on 12/28/14 and my $1,000 withdrawal was approved on 1/12/15. I still have not received these approved withdrawals. I have contacted through chat, phone, and e-mail many, many times. I continue to be told that they are waiting for verification from the accounting department of when my money will be sent. This casino has owed me since last year. I have chatted with them several times regarding this withdrawal. Im owed over $1100. They continue to say that this waiting for managements approval and that its been assigned a rep and I will hear back from them within 24 hours, but never hear back from them.
