I made a withdrawal on the 25th on January and have still not received my payment. I have sent emails and message but still have not received any replies. Then when the live chat actually works i do not get a reply whenever i ask a question about my withdrawal.

I made a withdrawal of 60euro on the 25th of January however 7kasino claimed this withdrawal was too small so I deposited the 60euro back into my account and turned it into 100euro. The on the 18th of February i withdrew this 100euro however I have still not received my money and every time I attempt to talk to an operator they do not reply to anything I say, I have deposited a total of 70euro of my money into this casino so I am starting to thing I have been scammed.

Late December 2013 I deposited money on 7Kasino.com and got a 50% cashback. After requesting for this € 250,- cashback Febrary 5th 2014 I got no reaction. After another mail asking them again on February 8th again no response.
February 13th I checked my account and did see my € 250 cashback on my real money account. When opting for withdrawal I got this message: "In order to request a withdrawal you must have deposited and wagered a minimum of 10 eur in the past 30 days." Sent them a mail asking to process it anyway since the did not respond early enough to meet this timeline. Again no reaction.
All this time I have been trying to contact the "live chat" but only got the option to leave a message which never got a reaction as well. Getting really desperate I decided to deposit another € 20 wagered € 10 to meet their criteria.
After that I indeed got the option to ask for a withdrawal but only via bank transfer, tried to contact them and by a miracle got to speak to someone via live chat (have copy of this). They asked me to send them my credit card details, sent it via email right away on March 15. No response again so tried live chat, no reaction, sent another mail on April 9th, no reaction as usual.
April 10th I got connected to live chat (have copy again) and they asked me to email a photo of my credit card, which I sent immediately, they confirmed receipt. They also confirmed that the payment would go out that night.
Up to now I haven't received my money and again I can't get in direct contact with live chat.
This is very frustrating and I wonder if I will ever see my money again.
Can you please help me?
Don't see an option to attach proof, ofcourse I am more than willing to send you my emails and live chat conversations.
