Delaying payment and not allowing access to account

I have had an account for about 6 months, I've made deposits, verified my account, made withdrawals.

I made some deposits two weeks agowith 50% cash back insurance, since then I win around £600 from the cash back, withdrew it on Sunday, it stayed pending and now my password isn't working and when I try to reset it I don't get an email.

No reply from their help or email either.

This is how my funds are withdrawn, nowhere during the withdrawal does it mention anything about a bonus balance, it even says no bonus funds are being lost.

Could you also tell me why my insurance was put into my real money balance and not into my bonus account.

There is no way of telling what wagering requirements are needed.

Please see attached the funds where I have just used flow back to show that they are in a real money account.

Please could you show me in your terms and conditions where it says this as I was not told this when I received the CashBack, I was told I could withdraw it.

If so, how am I supposed to see the wagering requirements?

The cashback of the 50% cant be withdrawn you have to deposit. and to play 20X the wagering requirement.

In top of that i cant find your account,

7Kasino does not process my withdrawal and does not respond

Late December 2013 I deposited money on 7Kasino.com and got a 50% cashback. After requesting for this € 250,- cashback Febrary 5th 2014 I got no reaction. After another mail asking them again on February 8th again no response.
February 13th I checked my account and did see my € 250 cashback on my real money account. When opting for withdrawal I got this message: "In order to request a withdrawal you must have deposited and wagered a minimum of 10 eur in the past 30 days." Sent them a mail asking to process it anyway since the did not respond early enough to meet this timeline. Again no reaction.
All this time I have been trying to contact the "live chat" but only got the option to leave a message which never got a reaction as well. Getting really desperate I decided to deposit another € 20 wagered € 10 to meet their criteria.
After that I indeed got the option to ask for a withdrawal but only via bank transfer, tried to contact them and by a miracle got to speak to someone via live chat (have copy of this). They asked me to send them my credit card details, sent it via email right away on March 15. No response again so tried live chat, no reaction, sent another mail on April 9th, no reaction as usual.
April 10th I got connected to live chat (have copy again) and they asked me to email a photo of my credit card, which I sent immediately, they confirmed receipt. They also confirmed that the payment would go out that night.
Up to now I haven't received my money and again I can't get in direct contact with live chat.
This is very frustrating and I wonder if I will ever see my money again.
Can you please help me?
Don't see an option to attach proof, ofcourse I am more than willing to send you my emails and live chat conversations.
