Have been playing on this casino for months now. Had a few withdrawals that took three weeks to get to me. I have recently had a nice win of 2500 and withdrawal was reversed due to security and verification check. This happen last time also. I believe it’s just a way to delay payment. However this time I sent an email asking for a valid reason for the check and received a auto reply stating why. I have tried to log in today to check the progress and my account does not exist. I have sent an email to support and had no reply.

Money has finally arrived. Thanks @askgamblers for your help. I believe I would still be waiting if I didn’t make a complaint on here. @21 Dukes you can go ahead and close my account now. I definitely will not be putting another cent into your casino.

Well. Money didn’t arrive today as promised by chat. But that’s not a surprise. I guess I have no option but to continue to wait.
