Hello...so after a very grueling time consuming process of verification of all necessary I.d proof of address credit card pics and credit card voucher forms all filled and signed they finally got approved then I was delayed again by a random check that can be done without notice.....anyway after being patient and waiting 2months I finally got an email saying my withdrawal has been approved and will be clear in 3 to 5 days.its been over a week and no payment.i also got an email saying my account has been closed when I asked why I was told it was due to terms n conditions 2.6.4? Or 2.4.6? Basically stating they can close it without explanation.ive sent numerous emails to accounting security and live help and I haven't been given a clear cut answer as to why it's been closed or if my withdrawal will be paid please clarify
