I’ve been waiting since 13/4 for my 3000$ payout, my account was all verified, copies of my credit cards sent etc before I requested the withdrawal.
- First I tried to withdraw my winnings on 7/4 to be told they need a bank statement after the withdrawal was cancelled & I had to contact them (photo & screenshot attached) - sent them in and requested my withdrawal again.
- It was cancelled again on 9/4 which I had to contact them again via chat to be told I need to fill a voucher with my credit card information & sign it ( already have a verified
Account which I sent copies of my cards to do so) & screenshot of chat uploaded
- 13/4, my winnings are approved but haven’t received the money.
