Severe withdrawal delays
I want to state before I discuss this withdrawal issue that the customer service staff are very good and the games are good as well.
The reason I’m submitting this complaint is that it’s been 12 days since I submitted my BTC withdrawal request (30/11/18) and it has not been approved. In addition, the request was reversed by 21Dukes on 08/12/18 with no email or other notification. Live Chat just keeps saying “please be patient etc” and “sometimes it takes longer to review some accounts etc”. Normally I would try to contact the accounts department with this stuff, but they don’t provide any email and don’t allow direct contact with accounts.
All my documents have been approved well before the withdrawal was cancelled, so that’s not an issue.
So, now I’ve had to request the withdrawal again and the whole process starts over. It’s totally unreasonable to wait 12 days plus however long it takes from here to get a $500 BTC payout.
There is a very serious communication problem at 21 Dukes and it should never take this long to get an ewallet withdrawal in 2018. Just reversing a withdrawal with no explanation is awful customer service.
All I want is my $502. I don’t think that’s too much to ask.
