They finally approved my 500 withdrawal after 2 weeks of reviewing it and said it will take up to 15 days for me to receive it now it’s been 5 days and they closed my account and won’t tell me why or where my money that was approved went . No-one will give me answers and I want my 500$ Or a refund of all of my money that was deposited on to 21 dukes.

Kindly note that your withdrawal was approved on the 16th of April. As per our Banking Page, the maximum timeframe for Wire Transfer is up to 15 business days. We have checked on our end and the payment appears as processed, so the funds should be reflected in your account by the end of the week.
Please let us know once your withdrawal has reached the account.
In regards to the account closure, please note that as per our Terms and Conditions item 2.6.4. The Company reserves the right to cancel the User’s Account for any reason whatsoever, at any time, without notice.
