Delayed withdrawal process due to 'random account review'
I am absolutely appalled with 21 Dukes when I first tried to make a withdrawal even after completing and uploading my documents and having them verified,I was told they need a screenshot of my skrill account but rather then ask for this and hold on the withdrawal they reversed the money back into my account, after sending this in they confirmed via email that they have everything they need to process but I’d need to submit another withdrawal request which will take an additional 5 working days after much talking via chat they assured me my withdrawal would be processed today 22nd Sept unfortunately about an hour ago they did the same thing as the previous week now they advising me my account was under a random review process!!! Again they reversed the withdrawal request back into my account, went on chat to get a manager to call me they did but all they continually say back is process another and will take 5 working days again, this is unacceptable I’m a really good customer on other sites and wanted to try a different platform but don’t want to deposit until this matter is resolved!! So here we are the 14th day they’ve asked me to process a 3rd withdrawal!! Unreal Really regret using this casino has been nothing but an absolute waste of time energy and a very very stressful experience
