I had 3 deposits totaling 250$ That were declined but the money was taken from my account/card. 21 dukes acknowledged this & advised I would get a refund. Emails attached saying the money was processed for a refund on 30/12/2020 & I still haven’t received it. I’ve emailed and they won’t reply or there story changes. I have checked with my bank & there’s is no problem at my end. Recent bank statement attached & copies of emails / chats. Please help
