Delayed payment of R28,000


Dear AG,

I have recently won over 40K ZAR in 21Dukes.. everytime I request a withdrawal 21D come up with different excuses on why it's rejected. It's either they blame me for cancelling or something is wrong with ecopayz. They make feel like I was not supposed to win, they even disabled my live chat icon to silence me.. my withdrawal requests dates back from 11 Feb with no success. They asked for a screenshot of my Skrill account and then now there's total silence..

When I joined, the live agents were on top of me like flies smelling food, now it's total silence. I wonder if this is because of the colour of my skin or they are just a scam.

Please help me get my money so that I can finally open my carwash and feed my family.

We will describe the timeline of events so that it is easier to understand where the winnings originate.

You registered the account on the 8th of February via an affiliate and received a bonus of R450. You completed the wagering requirement for this bonus and your cash balance was credited with R1000. You continued to play that balance until reaching R1000.6. You then proceed to make a deposit of R200 accompanied by a 200% bonus as well as 100 free spins, after which you place a withdrawal request of R500. You then play the free spins associated with the deposit bonus for a win of R373. At this point your balance consisted of R500 originated in the Sign Up bonus, and R963 originated in the deposit and deposit bonus. Unfortunately, the deposit and deposit bonus were played down to 0 without completing the wagering requirement.

You continued to play the remaining R500 from the Sign Up offer until reaching a balance of R129, at which point you made your second deposit and receive a bonus of 250% and 50 free spins. You proceed to play the free spins and win R220. Afterwards, you claim two prizes from the Ice Age promo, consisting of two sets of free spins, and play them for winnings of R3.4 and R42.8. At this point, your balance consisted of R129 winnings from the Sign Up bonus in the cash balance, R220 winnings from the second deposit free spins, also in the cash balance, the deposit R350 and deposit bonus R875 both in the bonus balance as they are restricted by a wagering requirement, R3.4 and R42.8 winnings from the two sets of free spins.

You proceed to play the deposit and deposit bonus, as well as the two bonus amount from the free spins down to 0, leaving only the cash balance consisting of winnings from the second deposit free spins and the remainder of the winnings from the Sign Up bonus. You then claim a set of mailer free spins and play them for a win of R104.4. At this point, your balance consisted of R323.1 in cash comprised of winnings from the Sign Up bonus and the second deposit offer free spins, and R104.4 bonus balance out of the mailer free spins.

You continue to play the winnings from the mailer free spins, as per our Terms and Conditions item 2.2.5. The balance with an active wagering requirement will be put into play first, followed by the balance unrestricted by a wagering requirement. You play the free spins winnings until reaching a total balance of R2701 at which point the wagering requirement is completed for the mailer free spins, and your cash balance is credited with R2357.9, on top of the pre-existing cash balance, comprised of winnings from the Sign Up bonus an the second deposit offer free spins.

You continue to play this balance up to R3450.5 and reversed your withdrawal request of R500 (consisting of the Sign Up bonus winnings) and proceed to claim another prize from the Ice Age promo, a free bonus of R70. The bonus is then played down to 0, before moving on to playing the remaining cash balance comprised of the Sign Up bonus winnings and the mailer free spins winnings.

The balance is then played up to R4885.6 at which point you place a withdrawal request of R3500 leaving R1385.6 in your balance, winnings sourced from the two aforementioned bonuses.

You continue to play the remaining balance down to 706.2, at which point you claim a free bonus of R210 from the Ice Age promo. You continue to play the bonus down to 0, until reaching a balance of 681.2. At this point, the balance was entirely cash, originating in the two bonuses, the Sign Up bonus and the mailer free spins.

You proceed to play the balance until reaching R4000.2, afterwards you claim a bonus consisting of free spins, but you do not play the free spins yet. You play the cash balance until reaching R3994.1, at which point you play the free spins, however you do not win anything from the set of free spins.

You continue to play the cash balance originated in the Sign Up bonus and the mailer free spins up to R15433.9 and place another withdrawal request for R13500 leaving R1933.9 in your cash balance. You then claim another bonus from our Ice Age promo and generate winnings of R137. You proceed to play the bonus down to 0 and move on to playing the remaining cash balance.

You played the remaining balance down to R196.9, at which point you reversed your withdrawal request for R13500 and continue to play the entire balance until reaching R24037.6, at which point you place a withdrawal request of R17500, leaving R6527.6 in your balance. At this point, your entire balance had no other origin than the Sign Up bonus and the mailer free spins.

You continue to play the remaining balance up to R14884.6, at which point you claim another set of free spins, however they do not generate any winnings.

You resume playing the cash balance until reaching R13959.6, at which point your balance is credited with R82.5 as part of our weekly cashback promotion. You then place another withdrawal request for R9000, leaving R5042.1. You continue to play this balance down to R3926.6, thus rendering the cashback irrelevant.

You continue to play the remaining balance up to R8001.2, at which point you claim a free bonus of R210 from our Ice Age promo, and proceed to play it down to 0. You continue to play the remainder of the cash balance down to R0.2.

On the 18th of February the withdrawal requests for R3500, R17500 and R9000 are returned to the cash balance and a new withdrawal request for R28000 is placed, leaving a balance of R2000. You continue to play the balance up to R13000.3 and place a new withdrawal request for R13000.

When the withdrawal request was processed, it was determined that the origin of the winnings were in the two bonuses, the Sign Up offer and the mailer free spins received on the 10th of February, thus the withdrawal request was approved for 2800, as per our Bonus Rules item 2.1.9. Free Bonus/Spins withdrawal limits; Maximum withdrawal amount from free bonus money are as follows: (i). Basic maximum R1400, and the rest of the winnings were voided.

I signed up with 21 dukes casino and received free sign-up spins I wagered R39 000 with the free spins and end up with R1400 that I could withdraw... After the wager, I spoke to Charles at live support and I asked if the next step is a deposit which it was and I had to get verified. So, I started with my documents, first was my ID, next was proof of residence, and lastly my bank card. My ID got approved, and I could not tell if the other two documents got uploaded because it keeps showing that I need to upload these documents. I uploaded it probably 3 or 4 times. Still the same.

I contacted live support and was told that he could not tell me if it was uploaded to my account and he gave me the following email to find out. email - [email protected]. I sent an email on the 13th of November with all my documents again and asked if they did receive them. Later I logged into my account to see if it has been approved, no reply to my email though. My proof of residence was rejected, which is very strange to me because it is from our local municipality. I searched then for contact details for 21dukes and came across another email address I sent an email to the first email address and the second one, which is [email protected]. The second email was sent on the 14th. No reply from them. So on the 15th, I wanted to log in to my account so I could speak to live support and my account has been disabled. I have sent 2 more emails and also no reply at all.

I would like to know what is going on, and why they don't reply to my emails, reject my documents, and disable my account.

My issue of concern relates to the endlessly confounded policies regarding withdrawal standards at 21 Dukes Casino.

Firstly, I have made a number of quantifiable deposits at Dukes. It is a seemingly gorgeous online casino, very well designed and quite alluring to to the common eye. It is a compelling place, at least visually.

However, my history with this casino has been questionable at best. For instance, 21 Dukes almost religiously sends out 25 spins for promotional purposes to my email address about twice a week. I, of course, take to the reels in hopes of obtaining "reel" winnings.

As of recent, I was able to beat the onerous wagering stipulations and won about $700.

I proceeded to make a withdrawal in that amount via bank wire transfer. I was told to wait 5 business days for processing, but to avail, as I was told to make a deposit at least 5 days before I could successfully withdraw any "free spins" winnings. I had not done so, but was given the opportunity to submit a deposit in an effort to collect. I proceeded to make the deposit. Keep in mind I had made deposits on this account previously. Nonetheless, as the 5 day period passed, I again was told I could not withdraw the amount via bank transfer, this time a $500 request, because to collect winnings from a promo, the bank wire option was unavailable for winnings related to "free spins". I only had the option, now, to withdraw via Bitcoin wallet and in the amount of $100 only.

Puzzled and confused, because I had now been waiting for over 2 weeks for any winnings to somehow arrive in my "wallet", I contacted Dukes. To my surprise, I was rudely spoken to and was given confounded information regarding the proprietary withdraw system they have in place. I, in fact, created a crypto currency wallet and requested a mere $100 due to my "Basic status", discriminatory at best, and am still waiting for collection after much time has passed. I am a Canadian legal graduate and still can't wrap my head around the Dukes delusion. Be weary, be leary and be brave.

Closed account, confiscated withdrawal, zero explanations

I got an email from 21 dukes with 25 free spins, I play them regularly. This occasion I won, and after playing and winning more and playing more, I worked off the wager and had $2360 avalible to withdraw.

I then went thru the full verification process successfully and then made a withdraw of 2300. Played thru the other $60. After 5 days nearly to the hour, it was declined, and chatting with support I was told the only reason it didn't go through was because in order to withdraw money originating from free spins winnings, a deposit must have benn made to the account within the last 5 days. I was told that if I made a deposit it would then withdraw successfully. I proceeded to make a deposit through neosurf, was told that was acceptable. Once the deposit came into my account, i was instructed to make the withdraw "now". So again I made a $2300 withdraw. Few days later I get an email with the following..

"We hope this email finds you well.Please be informed that your withdrawal request has been approved today.The funds have been issued and should reach you within 24 hours and up to 15 business days, depending on the withdrawal method chosen.If you need any help meanwhile, please do not hesitate to contact us, we will gladly assist you.Regards,

A few days later I get an email saying..

"We hope this email finds you well.After a complete review of your account activity, the Management Team has decided to bring our business relation to an end and to permanently close your 21Dukes account, in accordance with the following rule in our Terms and Conditions:‘2.6.4. The Company reserves the right to cancel the User’s Account for any reason whatsoever, at any time, without notice.’Kindly note, this decision is final and irrevocable. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.We wish you the best of luck in future endeavors.Regards,

I cant log In to my account, I did not get the funds in my bank, they will not reply to my emails asking what happened and if I was going to get the money.

I have copies of the emails sent and received, and also have screenshots from the conversation I was having with support via chat. Hard evidence I was sure to do whatever I had to for the withdraw to go through, as instructed and informed by the casino.
