I am absolutely appalled with 21 Dukes when I first tried to make a withdrawal of $3000 I was told my account needed to be verified and this would take 5 days then after the 5 days was up I tried to withdraw my winnings for the 2nd time and they advised me my account was under review then finally the 3rd time I made the withdrawal on the 6th September 2020 they emailed me saying my withdrawal had been approved and would be in my account in 3 to 5 days here we are 11 days later and I’ve not received anything from 21 dukes, instead their live chat refer me to the accounting department and what a surprise the accounting department don’t reply to my emails! Really regret using this casino has been nothing but an absolute waste of time energy and a very very stressful experience
