Hi askgamblers team,
Today i made my registration on 21Dukes. First, i gambled the 25 free spins promotion which i lost. After that i made a 500€ deposit and putted some bets on videopoker "Jacks or Better". Later, when i was trying to log in, i received a message: "please note this account was disabled". I sent an email to support but didn't get an answer yet. I can't talk with live chat because I can't log in. I'm very worried and confused about this situation because I'm trying to understand why my account was disabled after some gambling on videopoker?!?!
I really need some help here please.
