Account closed due to several "inconsistencies" found
I had just deposited my funds was 30 mins in to playing and mind you was winning I was up to over $300 when all of sudden it locked me out and then said when I tried to log back in that my account had been disabled and to contact live desk (which I couldnt do) or email which I sent many daily almost and wasn't until 4 or so days later that I received a email that didn't come up in inbox nor did it go to spam I had to search it up in my inbox search bar to see the reply... That my account had been shut down due to "several inconsistencies" who knows what that even means? I don't know what they are reffering to considering it was consistent enough for my money to be deposited again and I'm sure id know my own name, address, number and bank details so not a thing is inconsistent about that... So please explain what this means? It's not a duplicate account or a new account it's one I use in my name and deposited from. Previously and it seems like they were happy enough for my apparent inconsistent account to deposit my consistent money in to there inconsistent cashier... Not happy I want a refund and maybe a explaination of exactly what these 'apparent several inconsistencies on my now disabled account are
