Something that I should say is that they aproved my first 4000 euros like 1h ago.
Something true is that asking for 23.000 they cant cashout inmediatly and only 4.000 per day//10.000 a day and 40.000 a month.
So Im very happy to say that now Im waiting for my first cashout, that I said is for 4000.

Today 08/06 I recieved an answer of the financial department that my fist 4000 were aproved but then I recieved another message telling me that was rejected becuase of the method payment; I used credit card.
So I contacted with the live chat and they told me to cancel all the withdrawal, that I did it, and then to make a new withdrawal, that I did with my bank account.
Im a bit frustrated cause now I should wait again.
