I have requested a withdrawal on 04.06 that has yet to be resolved 5 days in. I wanted the money to be put back to my gaming account but they would not do it. They were able to do it on a separate transaction but had the same decline error message.
Attached are screenshots of those transactions.
1) 5,000 is the one in question. 20bet says on their end, it was "approved".
2) 4,600 declined for the same reason but was put back to my gaming account immediately.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. The transaction that I cancelled and was credited back was 10818142.
I have attached screenshots of both transactions.. This is truly embarassing for 20bet. @20bet, Did anyone really check? Or this further proves nobody from your side isn't really doing anything..

Firstly, thank you for your patience.
As we see, there were 2 transactions,
4600.00 PHP was approved, but an error appeared so the transaction failed,
5000.00 PHP was canceled by the player
In both cases funds were added back the the gambling account and the player successfully used it.
We will send all necessary evidence to Askgamblers support, as well as the player can request a gambling history from the support 24/7
