Withdrawal options are locked by system error
On February 5 I signed up and made my first deposit with my credit card but didn’t get anything so I tried again. I made a $27 deposit and got lucky so I uploaded my documents and decided to request a withdraw for $300 but all of the sudden the withdrawal options were locked by some system error message so I contacted customer support who are so clueless and asked me to email their customer service . It’s been almost 26 hours and no one reached out to me about the problem. I spoke with 7 different people on live chat and not a single answer to why the system error message appears on the withdrawal page instead they referred me to email them. Every time I send an email I receive the same reply, which is wait for an answer.
One customer service agent told me to clear my cache and restart my device for the error message to disappear!!! I don’t know how that would help but nevertheless I did clear cache and restarted my iPhone but no luck. Other customer service agent suggested that I make a minimum deposit with a new withdrawal method in order to request a withdraw to the same method but the system error message would still appear every time I request a withdraw. So far my documents are approved except 2 that is still in pending mode.
I understand the stalls techniques but this is beyond stalling where 8 different customer service agent have no idea how to come up with any answers for the error message. I got frustrated and played again hoping to lose my money to which I did but I stopped at $100 and decided to make my experience public on Askgambler. The reason I want to file this complaint is because I believe that the casino locked the withdrawal options on purpose to prevent any withdrawal and to hope that players would give up any play out their money and lose.
