Refusing to process my withdrawal of €125,000

Hello, i won more than 150,000€ on 09/29/2021. Then I wanted to start withdrawing. According to the support, everything was fine. 1-2 days later I was partially blocked on the site. Written for 1 month with the support and always put off and sometimes always got the same answers, the finance department checks everything.

Payouts were suddenly approved on October 26th, 2021. I have not received any email with information. I was then able to pay out 12,000€ by November 2nd, 2021.
Suddenly my account is completely blocked and I can no longer log in.
Its the 2nd investigation. I don´t understand why they need a 2nd investigation.
The first investigation took 1 month.
I also gambled away money in between. Now there are around 125,000€ left that I want to withdraw. But customer support no longer replies to my emails.
I am really disappointed as I have already deposited a lot of money on the site. The prize was won without a bonus. I also didn't violate any terms and conditions.

I have documented everything. All emails and conversations. And screenshots of the money I have in the 20Bet account.

Hello all,

I have now received a pdf document that says that I should have used a script and that it is illegal and that my money will be withheld and my account will be blocked.
That is a lie, the game is generally very fast and I only played with the mouse and the space bar and that is not forbidden. I find it really sad that players are cheated out of their money they have won in this way. I also won a lot of money in the gates of olympus game, for example. That is also retained. I am really disappointed with the way people treat loyal players.
It's a shame that everyone has to be afraid of winning, otherwise nothing will be paid out and reasons will be sought.

Withdrawal not received and they closed me account

On 08/08/2026 I have deposited total ₹30000 at 12:07 Am and on same day I want to withdraw but I didn’t find any bank transfer or any kind of local currency withdrawal available in withdrawal section there’s only Ewallet available although i have deposited in local currency i.e- INR through upi so i mailed tou [email protected] so they suggest me that i have to make minimum deposit from the given method which is mentioned on withdrawal section so I have done deposit of 250 from icash one and reinitiated the withdrawal but they cancled the withdrawal and again i mailed to them but they didn’t answer my mail.

Then I contacted to their support agent in live chat and i told all my situation and also i told him that i am really frustrated and i need my money its utgent and had some emergency but after 5 min of waiting for his reply he answer that your account has been closed due to gambling addiction, I dont know on what basis he judge me and then they closed my account and even they didnt give my money which has been stuck over there.

So I mailed again then they answer that my account has been closed and it won’t reopen and it has been closed basis of your conversation with out agent.

Withdrawal and Verification Issue Arabic government Documents Not Supported

I am submitting this complaint regarding 20Bet, which is listed on your website with high rating and clearly states that it accepts players from Egypt.

After registering and attempting to withdraw it got reject after 24 hours of being pending because I need to verify my account , I was informed by 20Bet that identity documents must be in Latin or Cyrillic characters, as they do not support Arabic documents.

This creates a serious issue for Egyptian players.

All official government-issued documents in Egypt are issued in Arabic, including:

* National rID

* Driver’s license

* Utility bills

* Bank statements

* Mobile service payment confirmations

Since 20Bet accepts players from Egypt, rejecting Arabic documents makes it practically impossible for Egyptian players to complete verification and withdraw their funds.

My passport is expired. Renewing it requires time and significant cost, and it is not a mandatory document in Egypt. Requiring a passport when a valid national ID is available is unreasonable, especially when the casino officially accepts Egyptian players.

I have asked 20Bet the following questions, but I have not received a clear solution:

How can an Egyptian player complete verification if Arabic documents are not accepted?

Do they accept certified translations of Arabic documents?

If Arabic documents and certified translations are rejected, does this mean Egyptian players cannot withdraw their funds?

I registered on 20Bet primarily because of the rating on Askgamblers which gave me confidence in the platform. However, this verification restriction directly contradicts what you stated on 20Bet ( Accepts players from Egypt but the Egyptian governmental documents required in the verification process are not supported and gets rejected.

clarification whether this practice is acceptable for a casino that state “Accepts players from Egypt”!!!!

Intervene with 20Bet to provide a practical and fair solution or you must lower the casino rating and highlight about players from Arabic countries the site thankfully only accepts there deposits and never process withdrawal for them as they will never be able to verify there accounts !!!

At the moment, I am unable to complete verification and withdraw my funds due to this restriction.

I am requesting your assistance to resolve this matter fairly and ensure that Egyptian players are not placed in a position where you can deposit but cannot verify and withdraw .

Note: Specially when you try to withdraw after performing the second deposit and request to withdrawa 4 times the deposited amount that’s why I think I have unrealistic to technically applicable by any means which looks like a way of scaming by not paying winners “unfortunately !!!!“

I was blocked from the platform, my entire winnings were frozen

I registered on 20bet.com, where I deposited twice, totaling approximately €200. After winning €2,000, I attempted to withdraw my winnings.

During registration, due to a technical error, I was unable to enter all my personal details correctly. As soon as I noticed this (before requesting a withdrawal), I contacted their customer support via chat to update my information. They told me there was no problem and instructed me to upload my documents, which I did. Later, my documents were rejected.

After the rejection, I sent my details again via formal email, including my bank statement, ID card, and a detailed explanation of the situation. Even when initiating the withdrawal, I indicated that I was willing to verify my identity in any required form.

Suddenly, I was blocked from the platform, my entire winnings were frozen, and only one of my two deposits was refunded, which I have not received yet.

They claimed that I failed to verify myself within two weeks, although I never received any notification about such a deadline. Despite this, I was able to deposit, place bets on sports events, and play casino games.

It is unacceptable, outrageous, and extremely frustrating that I am receiving nothing from my winnings, and they only intend to refund part of my deposits as compensation.

I have already been in contact with support team via email, and I was informed that this deposit does not belong to you. However, when I attempt to use the same UTR on your website's deposit method, it clearly states that the UTR has already been used. This directly contradicts the information I was given and indicates that the transaction is, in fact, associated with your platform.

I have attached a screenshot of the successful payment from my bank account, which confirms the amount was debited and no reversal has occurred. I am also prepared to share my bank statement as proof in need and i am submitting video evidence too that utr has already been with website before but denying

I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and provide a clear explanation for why the UTR is showing as "already used" on your system, even though the deposit has not been credited to my account. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue and a full credit of the 200,000 INR to my account.

So I used 20bet when I tried to withdraw from my account, it gets declined everytime. I have spoken with live support they keep on saying your documents are complete, try withdrawing again and again. I literally have uploaded everything. I have been talking with them for the past 10 hours and they keep on repeating the same things.
