Hello, I ask for withdrawal since 19/4 for the amount of 230euros I haven't any amount of bonus (also I'm not from a forbidden country) I went to FAQ and I see that the withdraws needs 12 hours but it has been passed 5 days and always in the respond of my emails they say that my payout is in check. I don't understand what this means, I have done a lot of deposits no problem I have asked in the past for a withdraw...

The withdrawal wasn't approved instantly because the Security Department requested an additional document to be uploaded to your account and informed you about it via email.
