Hello,
I am betting on your bettingsite 20bet, and I have a few times in the start with no problems getting all my withdrawals succeeded in just a few hours. This time you cancelled my withdrawals and I was told to send some documentation. I have already send all the documentation you asked for, at know mit withdrawal request just stand as "Pending" for the last 30+ hours. Your support team is just saying, that the financial department not can give me any timeframe for a succeeded request.. I literally think your website is nice to bet on, but if you are struggling to get my withdrawals succeeded, I can not see why I should use your website in the future? Can you please help me?

According to the player's payments, all customers' recent withdrawals were approved, and the player should receive the funds in question by Friday at the latest.
