Hello, on friday (22 October) at 2:20 pm I made a deposit on this website for the amount of 100 euro.

I played and eventually ended up winning up to 850 euro and requested 2 withdrawals(1 on friday at 16:50pm) and one on saturday.

I provided all documents needed(Driver license, residence proof, skrill payment proof, etc) all documents were approved. I thought they would then pay my money as in their faq it states "Since transactions are handled solely by payment providers, withdrawal times vary depending on your chosen payment method. If you’re using an eWallet, we try to process all withdrawal requests within 12 hours. After that, the funds should appear in your account instantly. If you’re using a credit or debit card, on the other hand, withdrawals can take up to 7 business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are faster and usually take less than 24 hours."

Its been over 100 hours now and they still have not made any payout, everyday I come to chat they make a new excuse, first it was my documents been verified, in the next day my documents were approved they asked for some time, on monday I went to ask again they said they were waiting for confirmation of payment via skrill on their end ( i already provided the confirmation of deposit on my end and was approved), today also the same so I went to contact skrill and I received an answer in 30 minutes, however, this company still is doing nothing to payout. Here are the screenshots of my conversation and the confirmation of payment.

They keep creating excuses to not pay and delay for some reason this is their modus operandi. I believe you should ban them from your website clearly it's not the first nor second or 3rd time this problem happens to users as I see in their reviews.

Dear all,

The payment in question was approved.
We agree that the Security Department took a bit longer to complete all necessary checks, however, at the moment the withdrawal request was confirmed.
