Hello there!


I have just won big at 20bet.com, some days ago and verificated all my payment methods and Personal details. I had over 8000€ on my account, and even won some of the tournament races with 400€ bonus. Then, I "sucessfully" withdraw 7x 450€ and got the successfull Email. They just only sent me 750€ (1x 300€, 1x 450€) and deactivate my account with no reason afterwards. With 10 big bonuses and over 6000€ left on the account. After my Email, why my account is locked and that I want my money atleast withdrawn, they just told me that there is no money left on my account. Still no explaination, why my account is locked. Please check my attached Screenshots and help me! Greetings Monika

Hello all,

Thank you for giving it a second go.
We want to explain that the failed withdrawal was canceled due to a technical error after we approved it from our side.

Also, the account was closed by the client's request, and we also can provide the client with the conversation logs after the client contact the support with such a request.

If the withdrawals were cancelled
because of an technical error, i see no issues, to withdraw them again from your side? I just want my Money.

After the withdrawals failed, the funds returned to the account balance immediately.
If there is no balance left on the account, we can be sure that the player in question has played it all away.
