3 deposits not credited

On September 1, 2024, I made a deposit of 10,001 RUB using Raiffeisen Bank transfer, and on October 19, 2024, I deposited 9,999 RUB via SBP (System for Fast Payments, Russia). However, both deposits have not been credited to my account ID 898213881.

I have contacted 1xBet’s support team multiple times, and they have assigned my issues Case #117960 (from September 2, 2024) and Case #348608 (from October 20, 2024). However, despite waiting for several months, I have only received vague responses stating that my transactions are still being reviewed.

Repeated Deception by 1xBet Support

Throughout this time, 1xBet support has repeatedly misled me by providing false promises that the issue was being resolved. Multiple times, I was assured that my deposit would be credited “tomorrow” or “within a few days,” yet each time, another month passed without resolution.

Each time I contacted live chat, I received different, contradictory, and generic template responses that did not address my case. Instead of real solutions, I was constantly given misleading information, which appears to be a deliberate tactic to stall and avoid responsibility.

In addition to the above cases, I am reporting a third unresolved deposit issue. Despite submitting the case on January 26, 2025, no resolution has been provided, and my funds remain uncredited. This further highlights a recurring pattern of delays and non-responsiveness by 1xBet.

To support my claims, I have attached screenshots from my account that display the details of all three unresolved deposit cases, including the most recent issue reported on January 26, 2025.

I kindly request that you take immediate action to resolve this issue by ensuring that 1xBet:

1. Credits all three deposits to my account without further delay, OR

2. Processes a full refund to my original payment methods.


Additionally, I request a formal investigation into 1xBet’s misleading customer service practices, which have intentionally deceived players and prolonged the resolution of financial issues.

Withdrawal request claimed to be successful but never received any funds

I am submitting this complaint regarding a withdrawal request that was marked as “successful” on your platform, yet the funds were never received in my BaridiMob/bank account.

I made a withdrawal request using the BaridiMob payment method. The withdrawal was first approved and then marked as successful only a few minutes later. However, after checking my bank account, I found that no funds had been received.

I personally contacted my bank and provided them with the transaction date and time of my bank account ,The bank confirmed that:

no such transaction was ever received or processed on their side,

there is no pending transfer,

and this type of operation normally takes around 15 minutes, which also matches the timeframe stated on your own website for this withdrawal method.

Additionally, on the same day, I successfully made 6 deposits and one withdrawal using the exact same payment method and account. All of those transactions appeared correctly in my banking history. However, this specific withdrawal is completely missing.

To support my claim, I submitted an official pdf proof from the bank showing all transactions for that day, including the successful deposits and withdrawal, while clearly showing that the disputed withdrawal was never received.

Despite this evidence, my payment query was closed with the simple response:“The withdrawal amount has been sent to the specified account.”

No proper explanation, transaction proof, or investigation details were provided. My evidence was ignored entirely.

At this point, I strongly believe there has either been an internal processing error or fraudulent handling of the transaction, because the withdrawal was marked as completed without the funds ever reaching my account.

I kindly request:

a proper investigation into this withdrawal,

and an immediate refund or reprocessing of the payment if the transfer cannot be verified.

I have already provided official proof from the bank confirming that the funds were never received.
