I want to emphasize that BDT 13,100 is not a large amount, but the principle of the matter is important. A customer should not be asked to provide verification documents, fully cooperate with the verification process, and then have their withdrawal blocked without a specific and transparent explanation.

If 1xBet believes there is a legitimate reason to refuse the withdrawal, please provide the relevant evidence and identify the precise account rule or Terms & Conditions applicable to my case.
