Made my deposit on the 16th of March.

It's now been 2 days.

I've provided them with lots of proof that the deposit has arrived in their wallet.

But they still just keep saying waiting for some department or payment provider.

When I gave chat support the tronscan link or the transaction id they asked for a screenshot instead. What use is a screenshot...

0xbet rejects my self-exclusion request

I am writing to formally complain about 0xBet Casino (0x.bet) for failing to honor my self-exclusion request and for months of deliberate delays, contradictory responses, and ultimately rejecting my refund request without any explanation.

--- TIMELINE OF EVENTS ---

February 13, 2026: I sent an email to 0xBet explicitly requesting account closure due to gambling addiction. I stated clearly: I want my account closed because of gambling addiction.

0xBet's response: Instead of closing my account immediately, they asked me why I wanted to close it. I again explained it was due to gambling addiction. Despite this, they refused to close my account.

Following weeks: I continued to insist, sending multiple requests. The casino ignored all of them. My account remained open and I continued to suffer losses as a result — totalling approximately €4,880 after my initial self-exclusion request.

--- CASINO GURU COMPLAINT ---

I then opened a formal complaint on Casino Guru, where the full exchange is publicly documented. During this process, 0xBet initially appeared to acknowledge the refund — at one point telling me to reply to the thread once the money appeared in my account, implying they would return it.

However, after months of being asked to provide document after document (KYC, source of funds, and others), with each document being rejected and replaced by a new request, the casino ultimately rejected my claim — without ever providing a reason, either by email or through the Casino Guru complaint thread.

Casino Guru closed the case as UNRESOLVED, with the verdict that the self-exclusion failed and my account closure request was ignored.

Casino missing deposits 2 week delay

I made a deposit on the 8th march 2025 via XRP to the amount of 6.134286 XRP.

0xbet froze my money

I have deposited around 1400usdt on 0xbet.

I have requested withdrawal (around 470usdt).

Since then my withdrawal has been frozen, with the only answer to what's delaying it "the finance are accepting withdrawals in a queue". All this meanwhile I'm VIP with the advertisement of "lightning fast and instant withdrawals" as one of the perks.

I haven't used any bonus for my winnings, and my KYC is also complete and successful since a week ago.

I've written to them numerous times on e-mail, but no answer. Their live support just pushes me to the VIP manager who just tells me to wait. Moreover he promised that I would get these funds yesterday, on 12.09.2024.

Based on what I wrote casino 0xbet, their withdrawal time should be expressed, especially for vip players.

Such an expectation puts the player under unnecessary stress, undermines the credibility of the casino and shows that the casino is not financially stable.

Ox.bet Casino - Cant withdraw and no help

Hello. Ive emailed 0xbet a lot of times. The issue is that all withdrawal methods are locked.

I do all what they say but nothing happens. If you read the emailconversation its quite obvious they are not so intrested in fixing this. They tell me to send and do the same thing over and over again. Over a week has passed and i cant come any further with them.

Attached is a file over how it looks. There is a lock over the option revolut to withdraw. And if i click on another option the locker moves there. Its 1120 euro i want to withdraw.

I send you and email to [email protected] with one conversation ive had with them. I didnt manage to attach a file that works.

Withdrawal delay at 0x bet

I have been playing at 0x.bet casino.

On the home page it states no kyc for crypto players.

I have withdrawn a small amount with no problem at all. It took longer than the couple of minutes that was promised but I got the money.

7 days ago I tried to withdraw 11ltc and I got a pop up saying if withdrawal is successful it will be transferred within minutes. Withdrawal status remained “frozen” for a while with the option to cancel withdrawal.

The next day I checked and the status was “aggregator status cancelled”

I have been contacting live chat almost daily asking what’s going on only to be told that there is a problem and that it has been transferred to the relevant department and you will receive an email when they sort the problem.

Significant delayed withdrawal after casino approval

This is my first time playing at this casino and I wanted to play a small amount to test their deposit and withdrawal process but it turns out to be extremely delayed.

I deposited 429 TRX and did not use any of their welcome bonus or ever claim another promotion later. I fulfilled their 3x wagering (applicable to all deposits), and my balance became 830 TRX. Then I submitted a withdrawal request.

At first, the status was 'frozen' and the next day, the status became 'approved' but no money was sent to my wallet. When I contacted their live support multiple times, they always first told me using pre-written text that they checked withdrawals in a queue and I had to wait. BUT when I told them it shows as approved in my transaction history, they first told me to wait 24-48 hours to get the money sent out, and now they are telling me they have a technical error with their payment system and it's unknown how much longer I need to wait for this 830 TRX about 96 USD. It has been 3 days and I am not sure what's going on their side.
