Made my deposit on the 16th of March.
It's now been 2 days.
I've provided them with lots of proof that the deposit has arrived in their wallet.
But they still just keep saying waiting for some department or payment provider.
When I gave chat support the tronscan link or the transaction id they asked for a screenshot instead. What use is a screenshot...
