Trino partners - Unpaid comission for december and zero contact from managers

Hi

We have pending affiliate commission for the period Dec, we have been pushing for the payment for a month now, without receiving the payments and ZERO contact from manager. The total commission is €1.200, and we are hoping to get this case settled soon.
Dec payment was not even approved nor requested. No contact from manager and management at all, I'm being ignored.

Regarding your payment, at the beginning of the month, the traffic you sent showed suspicious signs of being motivated traffic, with a high percentage of single depositors. As a result, the payment was put on hold to observe the players’ activity. This matter was previously discussed with your account manager.

Currently, we can see activity on your account and can confirm that the traffic is fine. Your payment has been approved, and you can now request it.

My bill got aprroved, but not paid yet, so I'm waiting for it to be done. Once I get it, I'll update it here.

Seems like everything is going fine, We found a way to keep our cooperation with new manager.
