I am submitting this complaint regarding a pending withdrawal from Vegasino Casino.

Withdrawal method: Mifinity
I have never been asked to complete KYC verification for these withdrawals.
Previous withdrawals have already been processed successfully. Despite multiple follow-up emails to the casino support team, I have not received my funds or a clear explanation for the delay.
The casino initially stated that withdrawals are processed within 3 business days, but this time frame has already passed. I have attached screenshots of my withdrawal request, my account balance, and all communication with the casino support.
I kindly request AskGamblers to assist in resolving this matter and ensure my withdrawal is processed as soon as possible.
