Delayed withdrawal since 28th February 2026

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal on my account on Vegasino
On February 28, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of $305.00 via Interac e-Transfer. According to my account, the transaction has already progressed through the stages of “Requested,” “Under Review,” “Approved,” and “Processed.” However, despite reaching the “Processed” stage, I have yet to receive the funds.
I have contacted their live support team, and while I was informed that there is a delay, I was also assured that there are no issues with the processing itself and that my funds are safe. Additionally, I was told that the withdrawal is already well past the expected payout date. Unfortunately, I have not been provided with a clear timeline for when I will receive my money.
This situation is both frustrating and concerning. A withdrawal that has been marked as processed should not experience such an extended delay without a clear explanation or resolution timeline.
I kindly request:
Immediate clarification on the status of my withdrawal
A confirmed payout date
Prompt release of my funds without further delay
