After winning on Vegasino I tried to login and was met with a message of "account under review" unable to login.

I emailed support and got the message that they are looking and sending it to the department etc.. this has now been the constant back and forth for over 4 months even sending more KYC documents.

I have the rest of the emails to post as I constantly have been asking which I can attach after posting this.

Delayed withdrawal since 28th February 2026

Dear AskGamblers,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal on my account on Vegasino

On February 28, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of $305.00 via Interac e-Transfer. According to my account, the transaction has already progressed through the stages of “Requested,” “Under Review,” “Approved,” and “Processed.” However, despite reaching the “Processed” stage, I have yet to receive the funds.

I have contacted their live support team, and while I was informed that there is a delay, I was also assured that there are no issues with the processing itself and that my funds are safe. Additionally, I was told that the withdrawal is already well past the expected payout date. Unfortunately, I have not been provided with a clear timeline for when I will receive my money.

This situation is both frustrating and concerning. A withdrawal that has been marked as processed should not experience such an extended delay without a clear explanation or resolution timeline.

I kindly request:

Immediate clarification on the status of my withdrawal

A confirmed payout date

Prompt release of my funds without further delay

I look forward to your urgent response.

Delayed withdrawal from Vegasino casino

Hello,

I requested a withdrawal from Vegasino to my bank card. My account is fully verified and KYC documents have already been approved.

According to the casino's terms, withdrawal processing should take up to 3 business days. This time has already passed but the payment has not been completed yet.

I contacted the casino support but the issue is still unresolved. I would like AskGamblers to help resolve this issue and assist in receiving my withdrawal.

Bonus rollover reached but bonus not paid

Hello,

I deposited 200 Euro to get a 140 Percent Sportbonus, so 280 Euro. My rollover was 6 times deposit plus bonus, so 480*6=2880 Euro.

I reached this amount a few days ago and have not paid out my bonus.

In Live Chat, I got told it is a technical mistake, and I need to wait that they to correct it. I also got told to delete my cookies and cache, but nothing helped.

I also got told in Live Chat that I should not worry about the time of the Bonus Rollover because the technical error is not my mistake. But today the time ran out, and my bonus got deleted. So I lost my bonus after I had already fully wagered it because of technical problems from Vegasino.

I have never been asked to complete KYC verification for these withdrawals.

Previous withdrawals have already been processed successfully. Despite multiple follow-up emails to the casino support team, I have not received my funds or a clear explanation for the delay.

The casino initially stated that withdrawals are processed within 3 business days, but this time frame has already passed. I have attached screenshots of my withdrawal request, my account balance, and all communication with the casino support.

I kindly request AskGamblers to assist in resolving this matter and ensure my withdrawal is processed as soon as possible.
