Jackbit Sportsbook - Video verification is taking too long

Good afternoon, my account is limited in withdrawing funds, support asked me to pass a video verification, which I successfully sent to them by mail. 5 days have passed and my issue has still not been resolved, although the conditions state that this verification does not take more than 72 hours.
Please help resolve this issue. I am in no way refusing to provide the necessary information, but support, in turn, is deliberately delaying the verification process.

Jackbit Sportsbook - Delaying verification and stopping withdrawals

Hello,

I created my account on Jackbit and made a deposit with cryptocurrency. I bet on sports and won some money. I even won a four-match tennis parlay. I tried to withdraw, but it was rejected.

I received a message on the site and an email saying I had to complete KYC verification. I did so, sending everything they asked for: ID and proof of address. I received an email from them saying my verification process was successful.

Then I made another withdrawal, which was also rejected. I tried again, and the same thing happened. I received an email from the site saying I had to complete a video verification process. (Image attached.) I did it; I had to enter the date, show my ID, and speak in English, using selfie mode. I completed it and sent it. I received a message saying it was approved.

I then tried to make the withdrawal, and it was rejected again, requesting video verification once more. I replied that I had already completed it and it had been approved. They stopped responding.

I have over $2,600 USD that I can't withdraw.

I find this whole situation disrespectful.

Jackbit Sportsbook - They took my money and closed my account for no reason

Hi AskGamblers team,

I really need your help.

I had $1,871 in my Jackbit account, and now there’s only $796 left. They suddenly took the rest of my money and told me that my account will be closed because I “broke the rules.” But I didn’t do anything wrong at all — I just placed a few normal sports bets.

They asked me to go through verification, and I did everything they asked. A few days later, I even got an email that said my verification was successful. But right after that, they removed over $1,000 from my balance and told me my account is getting shut down.

I honestly don’t understand what’s going on. I followed all their rules, didn’t use any tricks or anything shady. I just want my money back and a clear explanation.

Please help me understand what happened and what I can do. This feels really unfair.
